Family Sundays at Onassis

Spring 2017

Family Sundays at Onassis amplify and extend exhibition themes. This is a day for creativity and all-out fun. Family Sundays are designed for children ages 5 through 12 and their families, but the whole family is welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program. Kali diaskedasi! (that’s Greek for have fun!)

During the exhibition, A World of Emotions (March 9 - June 24, 2017), families are invited to come create together. Make a wish box inspired by mysterious, ancient artifacts and masks that draw from artworks in the exhibition. Play with emojis and the Greek Gorgon, a mythological monster from Ancient Greece.
